HTC plans to offer Zoe app for all Android phones

Looks like HTC will be opening the gates for Android users who want to use their Zoe application. Re/code reports it will make this proprietary software available to Android users with the latest OS version through Google Play. Zoe is an app that lets you take three-second video clips and a series of stills. The app will then stitch this together to create a moving memory of a certain moment, complete with sound. They didn’t say when this will support other devices but it is reported to be making its way to the Play Store this week.
