Watch_Dogs Live now available on Android

Watch_Dogs Live finally makes its way to the Android operating system and is up for free download on the Google Play Store. The Canadian-exclusive app has already reached over 19,000 downloads of the iOS version and has ranked in the top 30 most downloaded free apps on the Canadian App Store. Players stand a chance to win items such as Sony PlayStation 4 consoles, Sennheiser headset, gift cards from EB Games Canada, and limited edition items from Frank & Oak. The grand prize at the end of the campaign includes a 2014 Watch_Dogs SCION tC and and invite to the Watch_Dogs launch party.

Ubisoft also unveiled a teaser for one of the real-life hacks, Crack for Cash. We’re sure this will keep you preoccupied until the November release of this hot new video game franchise.

Rogers to offer one week of roaming data with new Samsung subscriptions

Starting today and until July 31st, customers purchasing and activating a Samsung smartphone on any 2- or 3-yr Talk, Text & Internet plan with Rogers will get 350MB of U.S. roaming internet to use in a week.

With a week of roaming on for free  50MB of data per day,  customers should be able to do the following while in the US?

·         Browse 50 maps or

·         Browse 200 web pages or

·         Send 1,000 emails or

·         Send 5,000 Tweets or

·         Send 128 photos

Sweet deal if you're Samsung inclined.

SamKnows says Rogers customers are getting the download speeds they're paying for

Rogers hired third party broadband performance testing expert SamKnows to track their speeds. As per SamKnows' findings, Rogers delivered on avarage 100 per cent or more of advertised download speeds on the most popular subscription packages.
