Dell's selling an Ubuntu-powered XPS 13 geared for developers that is runnng the Precise Pengolin version of Canonical's Ubuntu Linux distro and which has all the necessary drivers and applications. Available from Dell's US online store the Ultrabook features an Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of SSD storage and a basic set of developer tools and utilities, as well as access to two beta projects: the cloud launcher and the profile tool.

Interesting proposition, specially since most multi-core smartphones today only use a percentage of their processing power.
