SwiftKey makes a comeback on iOS

Microsoft's SwiftKey has made its way back to the Apple App Store. The company discontinued support for the keyboard back in October, but somehow it's back. There doesn't seem to be an update even if it's back on the App Store. But Vishnu Nath, Microsoft’s VP and GM of OneNote and the Office product group, encouraged fans to "stay tuned to what the team has in store." Pedram Rezaei, Microsoft’s CTO of its maps and local services division, said that the company will be "investing heavily in the keyboard."

Qualcomm's new AR2 Gen 1 chip allows for slim AR glasses

Qualcomm has developed a new chip that should make it easier to make lightweight augmented reality glasses. The Snapdragon AR2 Gen 1 processor features a multi-chip design that's said to deliver 2.5 times the AI performance of Qualcomm's XR2-based reference design while using half the power. This should allow the eyewear to intelligently detect objects in a room while keeping a slim and light form factor for hours of use.

VinFast opens first Canadian electric vehicle showroom at Yorkdale

VinFast is the latest electric vehicle company to arrive in Canada with its very first retail location now open in Toronto at Yorkdale Shopping Center. To celebrate the opening, a splashy launch party was held in a larger than life dome complete with musicians Walk of the Earth performing to the crowd of media and car lovers.
