Fitbit Premium introduces Daily Readiness Score

Daily Readiness Score (Source: Fitbit)

Alongside the launch of the new Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit introduced a new metric to help achieve holistic health. Fitbit Premium subscribers will soon get access to the service's new Daily Readiness Score. It uses the insights it gains to assess when you can perform your physical best. That means it'll let you know if you should work out and push yourself or you should take some time to recover.

It monitors your activity, heart rate variability (HRV) and recent sleep. You'll then receive a personalized score each morning, along with details on what impacted the score. You'll also get suggestions like a recommended activity and Premium content to help you decide what's best for your body and what workouts will be the most efficient.
