Apple discontinues the iPod touch

Apple's last portable music player has now been discontinued. The company has said that it will continue to sell it while supplies last. But there won't be any new units made. The iPod touch was designed by the same team that later made the iPhone, and it was last updated in 2019. An iPod Classic was the first gadget I bought myself when I started working, so seeing this era close is quite nostalgic for me.
