Apple amping up activities and events at retail locations with Today at Apple

Apple is launching  the “Today at Apple” initiative that is is the collection of new, free programs launching in all 495 Apple stores on topics from photo and video to music, coding, art and design and more. The hands-on sessions will be led by highly-trained team members, and in select cities world-class artists, photographers and musicians, teaching sessions from basics and how-to lessons to professional-level programs.

- The new programs and sessions focus on the features of Apple products customers love most, across all skill levels and ages, and begin on May 17.

Moto X and Moto E line coming to some markets as per leak

Lenovo is apparently bringing back its former flagship Moto X line along with the entry level Moto E line which were discontinued some years back. Now under the ownership of Lenovo, who seems to be ceding its own handsets to focus on Moto phones, we now have quite a range of upcoming Moto phones.

While these devices are likely going to different regions and being made available in various capacities. There's now more range than ever and, as a result, more confusion.

Microsoft's Fluent Design System is a foundation for future user interfaces

Microsoft has already shown that it can design and create class-leading hardware and now it is looking at the design language for the user interface of its future. Called the Fluent Design System, which it is calling 'an eloquent design system for a complex world,' This is the next step beyond the Metro interface it introduced with Windows 8 and Windows Mobile. Fluent Design is still in its early stages but does show a lot of intuitive touches and elegant motion. More importantly, Fluent Design is engineered towards creators and their workflow, which continues Microsoft's focus on creatives and pros. Check out more here.

Review: insta360 nano 360 camera for iPhone

As a reporter who needs to cover various events and who is constantly taking pictures of products. I'm always on the lookout for new cameras, recorders and equipment and tools that can improve my content and help me capture the essence of stories.

360' cameras were initially so expensive (and the quality of their video and photo was so poor), that I avoided them. Now that various social media channels accept 360' content and VR headsets do a great job of playing back the immersive content, my interest in 360' content and the cameras that can capture them has grown.
