Are we getting a War Machine series for Disney+?

If this rumour pans out, it looks like Marvel hasn’t forgotten about the other guy who has donned the Iron Man suit, War Machine. His story will reportedly be told through a miniseries on Disney’s upcoming streaming service. But it’s said that this story is still in its early development stage, so we might have a bit of a wait until we get any confirmation. It’s expected that Don Cheadle will reprise his role as Col. James Rhodes. The confirmed Disney+ shows we have at this moment include WandaVision, Loki, and Falcon and The Winter Soldier. Perhaps we’ll hear more about this at Marvel’s upcoming panel at SDCC 2019.

Jon Favreau says he’s working on ‘The Mandalorian’ Season 2

Disney

While the Star Wars show The Mandalorian isn’t debuting on Disney+’s streaming service until November 12th, the show is already greenlit for another season. The show’s creator Jon Favreau said he’s working on pre-production for season two, including writing and preparation for special effects shots. Starting work on special effects now will help save them time as well as produce quality effects for the TV show. It also shows that Disney has confidence in the first season, and they are willing to bet people will want more. The Mandalorian takes place five years after the events of Return of the Jedi, and it’s set in the outer reaches of the galaxy.
