Google's Moto X to launch on August 1 at a NYC event

So, Googlerola is finally ready to take the wraps off the Moto X Smartphone. The date is August 1st and the lstage is set in New York City. It has been a while since Motorola ruled the roost of the Android smartphone space and it will be interesting to see if they can climb right back to the top with Google’s steady, guiding hand.
