Video: HP Split x2 continues evolving the Windows 8 hybrid notebook

HP's got no shortage of interesting tablet/notebook hybrid devices and the newly announced HP Split x2 is a 13.3-inch touchscreen tablet that alows a full notebook experience when needed and then easily reverts to a standalone tablet.

Larger than the original x2, the Split x2 might be the best hybrid suited for BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) as it has both the specs of a full-sized notebook but is highly versatile when in tablet form. Coming this Summer, the HP Split x2 pricing in Canada still has to be announced.
