Parachute's new app sheds light on concussions

Parachute, a non-profit dedicated to injury prevention recently launched Concussion Ed, a free app designed to give Canadians access to critical concussion resources.
It covers concussions throughout different scenarios and is organized into Prevent, Recognize, Manage and Track. It is available in French and English in the App Store as well as Google Play and available via a web- based version for Blackberry and Window users.
The app has been getting some amazing support including endorsements from Minister of Health Jane Philpott, Minister of Sport Carla Qualtrough, and Gord & Kathleen Stringer, parents of Ontario-teen Rowan Stringer whose tragic death from a brain injury due to concussion led the Ontario government to introduce Rowan’s Law.
