Riding on a refined touchscreen form factor, sporting an industry leading 12 Megapixel camera with Zeiss optics and the first implementation of HDMI-out we've seen on a smartphone, the N8 is an engineering marvel and a multimedia marvel but is it enticing enough to turn heads in today's crowded smartphone market.

Nokia launches N8 imaging smartphone on Rogers

Nokia unveiled its highly anticipated N8 Symbian smartphone during a packed event at downtown Toronto's Bang and Olufsen store. Movie magic and imaging were the themes of the night with a film screening and demos of the new device's multimedia capabilities and 12Megapixel camera.

Review: Nokia C6 Symbian Smartphone

Billed as an entry-level smartphone on Bell's network (free with a three-year plan, $249 no contract), the Nokia C6 bears some similarity to last year's Nokia flagship N97. Light in weight but not in features, the C6 comes loaded with a 5Megapixel camera, video calling, OVI Maps and a touch-screen display coupled with a large slide out QWERTY keyboard.
