Sony introduces Media Player for the PlayStation 4

Sony’s bringing a much-requested feature into the PlayStation 4 with the arrival of the Media Player for the PS4. If you own a PS4, you might want to start checking on it as the feature is going live already. This feature lets you watch content from various sources, adding functionality to your console. It can play different file formats such as MKV, AVI, MP4, and MPEG-2 TS in various codecs. You can also play MP3 and AAC music files as well as view photos in JPEG, PNG, and BMP formats.

Google brings back old Chrome bookmark manager

Google heard your complaints about the new Chrome bookmark manager and did something about it. So, Chrome now gets back the classic version. According to Google’s Sarah Dee, she wrote on the company’s product forums that they were bringing the old one back. Those who weren’t exactly turned off by the new look can still get it as a Chrome extension.

Ubisoft outs flashy ‘Assassin’s Creed’ trailer

It’s E3 time so it means we’re getting a lot of really flashy trailers from upcoming titles. No stranger to this is Ubisoft and the new trailer for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. It’s not very indicative of what game play will be like but that’s usually how trailers at E3 are. We see Jacob and his crew, The Rooks, jump between stagecoaches and run across rooftops. It looks very cinematic and dramatic. We will get to see more game play hopefully before the October 23^rd release of the game.

Alfa Romeo reveals price of 4C Spider

If you’ve been keeping your eye out for the Alfa Romeo 4C Spider, the aggressively-styled two-seater finally gets a sticker price on it. And yes, it’ll cost you a lot. When it comes to the US and Canada this summer, the 4C Spider retails for US$63,900 plus a $1,595 destination fee on top of that. If you want the hardtop sibling that’s slightly less expensive, the 4C Coupe’s price starts at $53,900.

For these two cars you will be getting a 1.75-liter, all-aluminum, direct-injection, turbocharged engine with Alfa TCT twin-clutch transmission. The 4C Spider comes with a carbon fiber windshield, soft-top roof with a hard-top option made out of carbon fiber as well. You can also opt to get a center-mounted exhaust with carbon fiber surround. You also have the option to have the interiors fitted with black leather-trimmed bucket seats with yellow accent stitching.
