Apple's new iPhone XS, iPhone XR and Apple Watch Series 4 are now available for preorder

Today is a big decision day for buyers of new iPhones and Apple Watches. The preorders for the new and improved iPhone XS, the ipHone XS MAX and the iPhone XR as well as the sleek new Apple Watch 4 are kicking off today on Apple's website.

Choosing a new iPhone has just become more challenging. Aside from the pricing, we used to have to contend with two to three colours and choose between two sizes and three storage capacities. AirPower served as an ideal accessory for users invested in the Apple lifestyle, a singular place where they could charge all their devices wirelessly.

AirPower was conspicuously absent during today's iPhone Xs and iPhone Xr launch, even if these new iPhones can supposedly charge wirelessly at a faster rate than previous iPhones. Apple analysts also noted that there was no mention of inductive or wireless charging during the keynote which made it clear that Apple didn not want to go there.
