Google to extend free Gmail calls through 2011

By Gadjo Cardenas Sevilla

One of the cooler features introduced by Google to its Gmail web-based mail program is the ability for users in the US and Canada to make free calls directly from their browser. As long as you have an Internet connection, a mic and speakers you can easily make calls. Google will continue the free service until the end of 2011 which is great news for GMail users who already benefit from this service. For more details check here.
