Sony Xperia Z coming to Bell Mobility at the end of the month

The Sony Xperia Z is the latest flagship smartphone from Sony and it is coming exclusively to Bell Mobility. Being a Sony smartphone, it has the latest in camera technology with a 13 MP camera, a large 5" full HD display with the renown Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 and a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor backed by 2GB of RAM. What's more impressive is the fact that this sleek and slim smarphone (7.9mm body) is completely dust and water-resistant.

“With Xperia Z, we are thrilled to bring a breakthrough superphone to Bell in Canada,” said Tim Hernquist, Vice President of Marketing for North America, Sony Mobile Communications. “The Xperia Z brings over half a century of Sony innovation to a superphone for an experience that truly stands out.”  While the date and pricing have not yet been  announced, Bell is accepting pre-registrations for the device.

The Xperia Z, which comes in Black, White and Purple, feels like a premium smartphone through and through. It is covered in impact resistant glass, not unlike the iPhone 4 and the LG Optimus G. It is also thin and well-balanced and feels great to hold, even if it is on the large side being a 5-inch device. Also demoed was the super clear display as well as the 13 megapixel camera, which Sony claims is the best in the smartphone market right now.
