Review: ASUS MeMO 7 HD

The 7-inch tablet space is surging right now. Prices are diving down and features are becoming increasingly more impressive and useful. Many of the key PC manufacturers have a dog in this fight and some like ASUS, have many. The maker of the two previous Nexus 7's has also released a cheaper and more consumer friendly model in the ASUS MeMO 7 HD which is now selling in Canada for $159.

Kobo Arc reader updated to Android OS 4.1 "Jelly Bean"

Looks like Kobo is doing a better job than some Smartphone manufacturers in keeping up with the times. Kobo customers will now have an optimized user experience with Jelly Bean 4.1. The firmware will update to Kobo Arc customers when they next connect to Wi Fi. Hit jump for all the new features and refinements.

HP gunning for Nexus 7 with the Slate 7 tablet

First Impressions of Sony's Xperia Z Android tablet

Sony's earlier attempts to compete with the iPad and other Android tablets were slightly promising but fell short. Their unique form factor resembled an unraveled burrito, and the plastic look and feel gave it a toylike appeal which didn't really fly for corporate users. With the Xperia Z tablet, we're seeing what Sony is truly capable of.
