Keanu Reeves' 'BRZRKR' comic will get two Netflix adaptations

Earlier this year, actor Keanu Reeves released his first comic book called BRZRKR. It's a story of an immortal warrior known as Berzerker who is looking for ways to die. The comic is now being turned into two adaptations on Netflix, including a live-action film and an anime sequel series. Reeves will star and produce the former while voicing his character for the latter.

The Hollywood actor co-wrote BRZRKR with Eisner Award-nominee Matt Kindt. The art was done by Ron Garney, who has worked on comics like Captain America and Wolverine, with colouring handled by Bill Crabtree. The comic book series was able to raise over US$1.4 million through Kickstarter before its launch. And its first issue sold over 615,000 copies, which is considered one of the most popular comic book debuts in recent history.

Davison explained that Clubhouse's approach to scaling to a larger market, much like the Android ecosystem, requires a slower place. He noted how the discovery experience inside the app can be negatively impacted by its growth. He said that users today are finding more foreign language groups in their feeds while having a hard time looking for friends or the "best content."
