After selling out the Google Stadia Founders Edition last month, Google's game streaming service is now here with the availability of the Google Stadia Premiere Edition. This bundle is the only way to gain access to Stadia and play AAA and indie games on your smartphone, tablet, computer, and TV.

With the holiday season comes traffic, there's just so much to do, and sometimes you need to be out and about to get things done. Waze wants to help you keep your cool while you're out on the road. The navigation app partnered with Lincoln for a new turn-by-turn navigation voice that doubles as a "calm and mindfulness guide." It will remind you to "Ready, set, relax! And start driving," and "Heavy traffic reported ahead. Deep breaths!" Available until December 29, the new voice can be found by heading into Settings, then Voice Direction. Look for the option Lincoln Canada.

My Shaw app adds two new features to help troubleshoot your modem and TV quickly. The app will let you refresh your TV channels and restart your modem with a tap of a button. To update your channels, head to the TV section, select Manage TV & BlueCurve TV App Devices. Head to Troubleshoot and tap Refresh to start the process. It should take around 10 minutes.
As for your modem, head to the Home tab and then under your Internet plan, find Manage Internet. Head to Troubleshoot and go into the Restart my modem section and select Restart. The process will also take around 10 minutes, and your phone line won't be useable during this time. You can request a modem restart at least once an hour. The feature is coming to both My Shaw's iOS and Android apps.

Whether you like it or now, it seems we'll be seeing more and more of the subscription model, even in games. This time, Nintendo plans to introduce two in-game subscriptions for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. Nintendo explained in its announcement that one would let you "appoint one lucky animal as camp caretaker and get some extra help around the campsite," while the other will let you "receive fortune cookies and store [their] furniture and clothing items in warehouses." Beyond that, we don't know what the subscriptions entail, including the prices. The subscriptions will start rolling out on November 21st. If we base it off the Mario Kart Tour subscription, then that puts the cost at around $6.49.
Mobile is still a small percentage of Nintendo's business. It went up 6.4 percent year-over-year to 19.9 billion yet, but it still only represents less than five percent of the company's overall sales. If the public is receptive, though, we might see more of these offerings in future games.
