Microsoft is hard at work making the Surface RT tablet better. They just pushed out a huge Firmware update that improves WiFi connectivity, fixes issues with the volume button, improves the Type and Touch keyboard cover typing experience and fixes a 'random muting' issue as well as trackpad performance issues. Included in the update is improved IE handling of Flash content from whitelisted websites as well as updates to the Defender security application. Surface RT users can pop on in to System Update to enable the updates.

Samsung's done a laudable job keeping the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S IV under wraps, but four days away from the Galaxy S IV's supposed launch and we have seen some new images of the flagship smartphone.
Samsung flashed a little hint on Twitter today as to what the Galaxy S IV will look like with what looks like familiar beveled rounded corners and a speaker grille that's not unlike the Galaxy S III. Online forum from China Sammy Hub showed off front and rear photos of what it could be the Galaxy S IV. The design is unremarkable, although familiar and in lockstep with the rest of the current batch of Samsung mobile devices.

The battery, front, side and back of the device can be clearly seen. The demo also goes through various screens and features including the camera for stills and video. The 'Next Big Thing' is Looking very much like last year's "Big Thing," the Galaxy S III.
