Adobe posts first Billion Dollar Quarter despite criticisms against Flash

In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010, Adobe achieved record revenue of $1.008 billion, compared to $757.3 million reported for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009 and $990.3 million reported in the third quarter of fiscal 2010.  This represents 33 percent year-over-year revenue growth.  Adobe’s fourth quarter revenue target range was $950 million to $1 billion.

Motorola teases upcoming Android tablet, disses all other tablets

Motorola's teasing their new tablet which is presumably running on the Android OS. Slated for release in a a few weeks during CES 2011, the Motorola tablet will likely sport a tablet-modified version of the Android OS. Notice how Motorola totally pokes fun at all the other popular tablets in history.

Over 1.5 Million Windows Phone 7 smartphones sold in two months

10 devices, over 60  carriers in 30 countries and Windows Phone 7 has managed to grind out 1.5 million units sold. A positive spark in adoption and hopefully a sign of things to come for Microsoft's rebooted smartphone OS. Still a small figure in the larger scheme of things, the early adoption of WP7 is a good sign specially in the wake of the constant waves of Android devices now saturating the smartphone market.
