Review: MacBook Air 13-inch (2010)

When the original MacBook Air came out it received mixed responses. While many loved its razor-like thinness and all aluminium form factor, there were also a lot of detractors that bemoaned it as an underpowered and impractical netbook hiding in a premium laptop's clothing. The newest iteration of the 13-inch Air brings many improvements but loses a well loved feature.

Apple's App Store celebrates 10 Billion downloads

A sure sign that Apple's iOS ecosystem is thriving, the 10th Billion app download milestone was reached today by the Apple App Store. Opening in July 2008, the App Store marked the legitimacy of the iPhone and iPod Touch as computing devices that could run multiple applications, barely 3 years later 10 Billion applications have made it to the 160 million iOS devices out there. The number one app in the store is still Angry Birds.

Future Shop offers Lexmark's Genesis all-in-one printer exclusive

Looks like Future Shop's got the goods on Lexmark's Genesis new   all-in-one thermal inkjet printer. It can scan, copy and print  plus has  a touch interface (what doesn't these days?) and Wi-Fi N. It also works with all your favourite mobile devices and it can push out double-sided prints all for $400.
