The most compact member of the new Bose Lifestyle Collection is the new Bose Lifestyle Ultra Speaker. This traditional smart speaker delivers audio through two front-facing drivers and one upfiring driver. It features an understated look with a knit fabric grill, touch controls, and a radial slider for volume. This audio device works as a standalone smart speaker with Alexa+ compatibility, or you can pair it with another unit for stereo audio. It can serve as the rear speakers for your Lifestyle Ultra Soundbar.

The Bose Lifestyle Ultra Speaker requires a wired power source and supports Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi, and a 3.5mm auxiliary port for connecting with analog devices, like a turntable. Bose also packs in its audio technologies like TrueSpatial and CleanBass. It retails for US$349 (around CA$475) and will be available starting May 15 in Driftwood Sand, Black, and White Smoke.

Bose unveils new home theatre-ready Lifestyle Collection

Bose's newest collection of home audio devices adopts a modular approach to the home theatre setup. The Bose Lifestyle Collection includes the Lifestyle Ultra Speaker, Lifestyle Ultra Soundbar and Lifestyle Ultra Subwoofer. These products all support Google Cast and Apple AirPlay and can be used as a single setup or in multiple rooms. As ZDNet noted, though, they do not offer backward compatibility to older Bose devices. At most, you can wire the Bose Bass Module 700 to the Lifestyle Ultra Soundbar.

Wise to offer Canadian multi-currency returns in one account

Wise introduced a new Interest feature for Canadian businesses and users, allowing its customers to earn a return on balances held in multiple currencies in one account. The Wise Interest feature offers eligible users the ability to earn 2.22% in CAD, 3.14% in USD, 0.8% in EUR and 2.21% in GBP with a Wise multi-currency account.

The financial services company noted you can access the funds instantly, with no minimum balance requirements or lock-up periods. The feature is also easy to activate in the Wise app.

Amazon shows a product's price history for up to 365 days

If you want to know whether you're getting the best deal on your Amazon purchase, you can take a peek at how much the product costs over the last 365 days. Those in the US, the UK, and India are getting access to a new price history feature. With the platform's Rufus agentic AI assistant, you can tap the price history link located beside the current product price, or tap on Rufus within any product detail page. The assistant can show you 30, 90, and 365 days of price insight. While Canada has access to price history, the 365-day option isn't available yet. According to Amazon, full availability is expected in the coming weeks.
