HTC drops a few visual teasers for tomorrow's launch

By Gadjo Cardenas Sevilla

HTC is doing a real good job at generating some hype and excitement leading into tomorrow's launch event in New York.  From the images above, which were shared on Twitter, @HTC. it seems to be focusing on new camera technology, earlier reported to be a multi-camera Ultrapixel set-up. There's also some hint to improved audio capabilities which are expected given HTC is heavy on the Beats trip. Then there's a foreshadowing of a chiseled metal enclosure. What else are we expecting, a new and improved HTC Sense overlay, a 4.7-inch 1080p HD display, 2GB of RAM and most likely a spanking new mobile processor. All will be revealed tomorrow.

The iPhone 4 and 4S design was also something that no other company would dare copy, it was just too distinctive and iconic to steal from.

A lot has changed in the past few years and Google now sells a variety of devices such as its Nexus smartphones and tablets, various Chromebook models and even the Chromebox PC and even Nexus Q audio devices. Google is also working on its smart glasses initiative. 9to5Google explains that Google will open a series of stores by the end of 2013 (it is already testing the concept in a fee UK locations called Chromezone stores).
