IFA 2026: Introducing New A-70% and 13kg Samsung Bespoke AI Washers

Samsung unveiled its latest laundry innovations ahead of IFA 2026, introducing two new Bespoke AI Washer models at the Humboldt Carré in Berlin. Headlining the showcase is a 10kg model with an A-70% energy efficiency rating, promising to consume up to 70% less energy than the standard European Class A requirement, alongside a large-capacity 13kg model engineered to fit seamlessly into European 600mm cabinet depths.

Building on previous iterations from IFA 2024 and 2025, Samsung’s engineering team achieved these efficiency and capacity gains through redesigned motor systems, upgraded thermal management, and space-saving SpaceMax interior design. Despite expanding drum volume to accommodate bulkier loads, both units maintain compact 24-inch outer form factors paired with a sleek, monobody frame and a unified touchscreen interface integrated directly into the detergent compartment.

Designed to make home laundry smarter and more practical, the new washers feature AI-powered fabric care, intuitive SmartThings connectivity, and an Auto Open Door mechanism that automatically ventilates residual moisture post-cycle. Samsung will feature both models throughout IFA 2026 from September 2 to 6.
