Razer debuts pocket-sized Prio controller

Razer is making it more convenient to game on the go with its new accessory. The Razer Prio is an ultra-mobile, foldable USB-C gaming controller designed for iPhone and Android devices. Weighing just 101 grams and measuring roughly the size of a credit card when folded, the device expands in a single motion to fit smartphones up to seven inches, including the Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. The controller is also designed to fit most slim to medium phone cases.

The Razer Prio features a full console layout equipped with silent tactile face buttons, bumpers, triggers, a four-way D-pad, and capacitive analog thumbsticks engineered to prevent stick drift over time. Powered directly via USB-C, the controller ensures low-latency performance without needing separate charging or Bluetooth pairing.

Compatible with iOS 18 and Android 14 or later, the Razer Prio supports local mobile gaming alongside major cloud and remote streaming platforms, including Xbox Cloud Gaming, Steam Link, PS Remote Play, and Razer PC Remote Play. The device also integrates with the Razer Cortex Mobile app, allowing users to launch their game library with a dedicated button.
