Disney gives a dying fan and his family an early screening of 'Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker'

Magician Sean Boon shares photo from the special screening

One Star Wars fan got to see the upcoming final film to the Star Wars saga. Disney CEO Robert Iger confirmed on Twitter that a British man with a terminal illness got to see Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker a few weeks ahead of its premiere. Rowans Hospice, in Hampshire, England, shared an image of a Disney representative who brought the film. The organization takes care of patients with life-limiting illnesses. Not much is known about the patient because he did not wish to be identified. But the whole thing started when Rowans Hospice employee Lisa Davies saw a Star Wars tattoo on the man's leg.

The patient saw the film with his two sons, wife, and two brothers. All of them had to sign a non-disclosure agreement before watching the movie on an iPad.

Apple to Donate $1 from every Apple Pay purchase on December 1 for World AIDS Day

In support of World AIDS Day on Sunday, December 1, 2019, Apple  says it will donate $1 to the Global Fund for every Apple Pay purchase made at an Apple Store, on apple.com or in the Apple Store app today through Monday, December 2, 2019. This is the companies' continued outreach to support various causes.

Apple's  customers can always make a difference when they purchase any (PRODUCT)RED product, including iPhone 11, leather case or Apple Watch wristband, to name a few, where a portion of every purchase goes towards HIV/AIDS programs in sub-Saharan Africa, including prevention, treatment counselling, HIV testing and care services. Discover more why choosing (RED) saves lives here: https://www.apple.com/ca/product-red/

Report claims Apple might bundle the AirPods with its 2020 iPhones

If the report from DigiTimes is to be believed, then next year's iPhones will come bundled with AirPods. The hit-or-miss Taiwanese publication cites unnamed industry sources, claiming that "smartphone vendors including Apple, Samsung, and Xiaomi are looking to bundle their new models with TWS earbuds next year." TWS stands for "truly wireless stereo" earphones, which includes accessories like the AirPods and Samsung's Galaxy Buds.

We can't say how accurate the report is, especially with how expensive AirPods are and how popular these accessories are on their own. It would be uncharacteristic for Apple to bundle a high-demand accessory. Perhaps a more reasonable rumour would be a more advanced version of EarPods will be bundled with the iPhone. Or only the higher-end iPhone 12 Pro models will get this bundle. The iPhone is at least 10 months away from its launch, so we'll be keeping our eyes out to see if this particular rumour will become true.
