The company has reportedly placed an initial order of 8.5 million panels from South Korean suppliers, with Samsung Display handling the roughly 11-inch models and LG Display tackling the larger 13-inch versions. This split suggests Apple anticipates the larger iPad Pro to be slightly more popular, with LG producing 4.5 million panels compared to Samsung's 4 million for 2024.
