Android 4.4.2 update for Motorola Moto G causes issues for some users

Some Motorola Moto G owners who got the Android 4.4.2 update seem to be having trouble with their devices post-update. There are users who complain about intermittent signal loss and even SIM card connection after updating the device. It doesn’t seem to be a permanent issue though. Users just need to turn the phone off and on again to regain signal. But that seems like a tedious thing to do. Motorola is working on a fix for the problem now.

BlackBerry 10 gets Microsoft OneDrive

BlackBerry 10 users in need of another cloud storage service now gain access to Microsoft’s offering. Similar to the Android and iOS versions, you can automatically upload photos and videos to the app. You can also share files with your peers. New users gain 7GB worth of free storage on OneDrive.

Uploading photos on Facebook is a rather easy affair. But are you making the most of the experience? The people behind Facebook suggest photo features you should be using on the social network.

Select your audience

You can tailor-fit your image posts to a specific group of friends on Facebook. Select the drop down menu the right hand corner of the album to pick who can view a set of photos, including ‘Friends’, ‘Public’, ‘Custom’, or ‘Only Me’. You can even do this to individual images by selecting the audience selector tool beside the post button.

Microsoft's Project Spark beta now available to Xbox One

Microsoft announced that its Project Spark beta program will now expand to Xbox One. In December, the Spark beta opened on Windows 8.1, welcoming more than 250,000 fans to the world-creating game. With cross-platform capabilities and through the power of Cloud Saving, “Project Spark” creators can build on a Windows 8.1 device, and then pick-up a controller to continue playing on Xbox One or vice versa.
