Samsung rumoured to be working on 'Galaxy Glass' wearable for September release

Seems like Samsung is looking at September to release what some are calling its Samsung Galaxy Glass wearable. Samsung is challenging Google's own Glass device, which is expected to come to consumers later this year.

The report from The Korea Times cites an unamed Samsung official as stating, "wearable devices can’t generate profits immediately. Steady releases of devices are showing our firm commitment as a leader in new markets." An interesting development but one that's not completely unexpected since Samsung is constantly looking for new ways to accessorize its Galaxy ecosystem but will the functionality of their Galaxy Glass be enough to compete with Google, I really wonder.
