The app features a slider that allows you to adjust blur setting and saturation for any image. There are also color filters to choose from and a quick preview feature that lets you see the finished product before you turn it into your iPhone’s wallpaper.

New music service Solayo strays a bit from the usual streaming service by letting you cull and build playlists from YouTube videos and Soundcloud tracks. You can play any song you have access to on these services, create playlists, and mix and match the songs. If you want to leave it in the hands of Solayo, there is also a genre-based radio station on the site that you can stream. You can check out the free service here.

BlackBerry has pulled the latest Twitter version 10.2.2 from the BlackBerry 10 app store after customer complaints started coming in. What the Waterloo-based tech company wants you to do is roll back to the 10.2.1 version. You just need to uninstall Twitter from your smartphone, search for the app on BlackBerry World again, and then download the “stable” version of the social network.

Microsoft has synced the desktop and tablet version of the games with your Windows smartphone. The games are also upgraded for Xbox achievements, stat-tracking and leaderboards and for pausing and resuming games on different Windows devices.
