'Monument Valley' games to debut on the PC on July 12

Mobile games Monument Valley and Monument Valley 2 will now be playable beyond your smartphones. The two titles are coming to the PC on July 12. And since the vertical phone-style format won't work for the PC, developer Ustwo Games is releasing the game in ultra-wide 21:9 aspect ratio. This expanded view is being called the "panoramic editions." Both titles are coming to Steam for US$8 (approx. CA$10) each. But there will also be a bundle that includes all expansions, which offers the games at a 15% discount.

ASUS ROG unveils first 500Hz NVIDIA G-Sync gaming monitor

Source: ASUS ROG

ASUS Republic of Gamers has just launched its first 500Hz NVIDIA G-Sync monitor, the ROG Swift 500Hz. This 24-inch display's refresh rate has competitive gamers in mind (for those who play in 1080p). The screen has NVIDIA features like Reflex Analyzer for tracking latency and G-Sync to maintain clarity. It pushes that refresh rate with TN (twisted nematic) panel ASUS ROG calls "E-TN" (esports TN), which prioritizes speed over colour. Unfortunately, there is no pricing yet or release date yet.
