Netflix launches free gaming app for kids

If you're a Netflix subscriber with young children, the streaming service just introduced a new standalone gaming app called Netflix Playground for those aged eight and under. The app, which works on smartphones and tablets, will run without a mobile or Wi-Fi connection and won't have ads or in-app purchases.

Netflix promises an "ever-growing library of games" and currently includes titles based on big franchises, including Peppa Pig, Sesame Street, and some Dr. Seuss properties. The app is already available in some regions, but will launch globally on April 28.

Apple Music simplifies playlist curation on iOS 26.4

Via: MacRumors

Apple Music is making it easier to curate your playlists on iOS 26.4 personally. Previously, you had to add a track to a playlist one at a time. Now, there is a multi-select option in the settings that lets you choose as many playlists to include the song in as you like. You can long-press on a song or tap on the three-dot menu and select Add to Playlist. You'll spot a new multi-select button in the bottom right corner.
