HTC plans to follow up RE action camera

You haven’t seen the last of HTC’s efforts to branch out. The company’s North Asia President Jack Tong spoke with Focus Taiwan and confirmed that they plan on releasing another standalone camera next year. As to whether it retains the periscope-like shape of the RE or it will have the same features, we can’t say at the moment. The RE is just barely out there on the market. So, don’t get your hopes up that we’ll get another one asap.

One List brings a colorful to-do list for iOS

Is the perfect to-do list still eluding you? iOS to-do list app One List is bringing the coloured block idea of Clear app and adds a few features. Your list can be arranged by colour-coded priority blocks; you can create daily reminders; add tasks to the Notification Center; and customize the colours with various themes.

Bid adieu to Clip Art

With the proliferation of emoticons, it was inevitable that we lose our form of cartoon hieroglyphics from the start of the PC era. Microsoft has announced that it is shutting down Clip Art for good. They’re hoping to bring more people into Bing Image search instead. We’re not sure how much an impact losing Clip Art would be for Bing Image’s benefit but we are sad to say goodbye to the pioneer of emoticons.

Twitter brings new photo filters to mobile apps

If you’ve been left wanting by the photo filters in the Android and iOS apps, Twitter is bringing in some new filters to freshen things up a bit. Aside from bringing in new filters, it is also easier to swipe through them now. You can adjust the strength of the filter by tapping on it again to bring up the slider. The filters appear after you add an image to a tweet.
