Logitech outs thin and light iPad mini cases

Protect your iPad mini from unnecessary scratches and get more productivity out of the tablet with two new products from Logitech—the Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad mini and Folio Protective Case for iPad mini.

These extremely thin and light protective cases offer two-sided protection with water-repellant properties and work as stands as well. The Ultrathin Keyboard Folio features Logitech’s thinnest and lightest keyboard to date that still allows for fast and fluid typing despite its smaller size.

Minuum keyboard challenges the QWERTY layout

Toronto-based startup Whirlscape not only wants to replace the native keyboard on your Android device, they want to change the way keyboards look by completely disregarding the QWERTY layout. The three rows layout is gone and it has been replaced by a single line of letters. The app compensates for the inherent imprecision of typing the layout brings about with an intelligent prediction algorithm that figures out what you are typing at the same time minimizing the number of taps on the screen. Its compact design even leaves you with more space to see the displayed content.

Minuum is currently available on the Google Play Store for $3.99.

To activate this, you just need to head to the Settings menu on your Mailbox iOS app, select Dropbox, and then add your account information. If your accounts are already linked you just need to unlink them and reconnect to get that free 1GB.
