Tim Cook teases upcoming iPad release

Apple CEO Tim Cook is not dropping subtle hints about the company's latest product release. He all but confirmed that new iPads are coming, which we are expected to see today. He sent out a tweet with the words: "The possibilities are endless. #TakeNote" and an animation showing the pinch-to-zoom gesture as it goes through multi-coloured graphics and icons.

Apple is expected to introduce new iPad and iPad Pro models, but it isn't hosting an event. Instead, the new products will be released via press release.

Apple iPhone 14 bug shows 'SIM not supported' message

Source: Apple

If your new iPhone 14 shows a pop-up message saying "SIM not supported," you're not alone. Apple has acknowledged this bug is affecting some users. When this pop-up message shows up, your iPhone might entirely freeze. According to the company, it is "investigating" the issue, and it's not a hardware problem. It reminds customers to keep their software up to date.

Apple says if you encounter the problem, wait a few minutes to see if the message disappears. If it doesn't, you shouldn't attempt to restore your device. Instead, head to an Apple Store or an authorized service provider to ask for help.

Microsoft starts testing iCloud Photos integration into Windows 11

Source: Microsoft

When Microsoft announced its new Surface devices, we also got an update on its plans to integrate iCloud Photos into its native Photos app. According to Microsoft's update last week, it has started to roll out the update to the Photos app to Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel.

The Microsoft Photos app lets you view, organize, and share photos from your PC and OneDrive. And with this update (version 2022.31100.9001.0), you'll get the option to access your iCloud Photos directly within the app. Your iCloud Photos will appear alongside your other sources. You will need to sign into the iCloud for Windows app to get this to work.
