Video: Hands on with the LG Quantum and LG Optimus Windows Phones 

We spent time with LG Spokesperson and Sr. Manager, Corporate Marketing. Frank Lee who gaves us a walkthrough of the LG Quantum and the LG Optimus and their features.

Our initial impressions on the LG smartphones was that they were solid, well-designed premium phones that ran the new OS fluidly. The live-tiles feature of Windows, which receives updated information from social media services, contacts and news seems to work incredibly well since it enables quick access to information without the need to launch apps. Lee shows us some LG specific features such as panoramic stitching and augmented reality location features built into their phones.

Microsoft and partners unveil Windows Phone 7, Telus on the list for Canada

 Microsoft Corp. today joined its partners in revealing nine new Windows Phone 7 handsets that will be available this holiday season from leading mobile operators in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Telus will offer two LG handsets, the LG Optimus and LG Quantum.
