About time.
Hi,
utting through symbolic red-tape to reveal a giant Mobilicity phone box and signal the end of wireless complexities
Thanks,
Natalie
I got the connection with unlimited add ons after first month Mobilicity closed my unlimited add ons just because its rate is triple.
How stuppid no buddy did any thing, customer service reps didn't reply properly.
CEO of Mobilicity just records his message on put on customer service number.
They charge mobile coast (120 $) + 1st month plan money (45 $) + add ons (25 $) + protection money (5 $) = around 200 $ (195 $).
Peoples expand 195 $ only for 1 month and after they said excues us we can't offer that offer any more. The range of Mobilicity is just under toronto if you cross the Steels signals gone. If you corss the morningside road signal dead if you by mistake goes to Pearson Air port you dont think like that your cell with you.
If its weekend and you are in Center Island your cell not work there.
What is this. I dump that cell phone in garbadge.
I pay 60 $ a month to rogers, bell or fido etc because of its peace of mind its work every where.
I bought a phone and got a plan under false pretenses that I was to be provided service in a covered area. I am right in the middle of their supposed coverage area and I have to re connect to the network every 2 - 3 minutes. I brought my phone back for a replacement and the lady was outside trying to connect to the mobilicity network. This company is NOT ready to provide the service, they should NOT be selling phones to anyone!
Thanks for your comments - We've reached out to Mobilicity and they've offered the following response.

Should any issues ever arise -- as they will with any carrier -- we encourage customers to contact our Care department at 1-877-8MOBIL8 (1-877-866-2458) or care@mobilicity.ca.?"
do keep us posted about your experiences and we'll make sure to pass the information along.
