Vine for Android finally gets search, mentions, and hashtags

It has been available on Vine for iPhone for a while but now the three-week-old Vine for Android finally gets the basic functionalities such as sharing the six-second clips on Facebook, using hashtags, search, and mentioning others in your posts.

Other improvements include user interface tweaks and enhanced video capture speed and quality.

New trailer for Steve Jobs’ biopic

The first trailer for the upcoming movie “Jobs”—the Steve Jobs’ biopic starring Ashton Kutcher—just made its way online roughly a month or so before the movie opens on August 16. Jobs is also starring Dermot Mulroney, Lukas Haas, Matthew Modine, and J.K. Simmons.

Vadio: When video saves radio

Remember the days when MTV played music videos? We’re getting a glimpse of those good ol’ days with digital music startup Vadio. It turns any radio station into an MTV-like feed of music videos with it real-time access to partner radio stations. 

The player is accessible on Vadio’s website or through mobile apps. You even get DVR-like catchup functionality because you can access songs played up to half an hour since you started listening.
