Razer unveils a comprehensive AI gaming ecosystem at CES 2026 designed to bridge the gap between virtual performance and real-world assistance. Moving beyond traditional hardware, Razer's latest showcase features Project Motoko, a wearable AI headset, and an evolved Project AVA desktop companion, signalling a strategic shift toward hyper-personalized, AI-driven gaming experiences.
The standout of the lineup, Project Motoko, is a concept headset powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon technology that functions as a high-fidelity wearable computer. Equipped with dual first-person cameras and far-field microphones, the headset provides "augmented AI visual awareness," allowing it to see what the gamer sees. This enables real-time coaching, such as identifying enemy patterns or suggesting item builds, while also serving as a productivity tool for live translations and robotics training data.

On the desktop, Project AVA has transitioned from a software-based coach into a physical hardware companion. Now featuring a 5.5-inch animated holographic-style display, AVA acts as an interactive digital partner. With its "PC Vision Mode," it can monitor on-screen gameplay to provide tactical advice or assist with daily tasks, offering a customizable AI personality that Razer intends to become a staple of the modern workstation.
Beyond these concepts, Razer bolstered its high-performance lineup with the Wolverine V3 Bluetooth, a peripheral developed with LG and touted as the world's fastest wireless controller for cloud gaming, and the Project Madison immersive haptic chair. By combining these sensory-heavy peripherals with new developer tools, such as the Razer Forge AI Workstation, Razer is positioning itself as the foundational platform for the next generation of AI-native gaming.
