OnePlus 10T to launch on August 3

Source: OnePlus

OnePlus is bringing back its T-series with its first in-person event since 2019. The company will launch the OnePlus 10T on August 3 at Gotham Hall in New York's Midtown district. OnePlus also confirmed this new handset would run on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, surpassing the chipset running on the flagship OnePlus 10 Pro.

The previous 3D renders of the phone hint at the handset getting a similar design to the OnePlus 10 Pro with a large wraparound camera. But it'll reportedly get a flat 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution. Rumour has it the Snapdragon chipset will be paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It'll also supposedly run on OxygenOS 13.

Atari 2600 console gets recreated as Lego for its 50th anniversary

Source: Lego

Lego honours the 50th anniversary of the Atari 2600 with this new set. Instead of the 1977 console, it brings to life the 1980 revision through a new Lego set with 2,352 pieces. It'll be available on August 1 for US$239.99 (around CA$310). This model includes a controller with a movable joystick and three game cartridges that fit into the Lego console. Those classic games are Asteroid, Adventure, and Centipede. Three external dioramas show off blocky recreations of the games. And if you open up the console, there's even a diorama of a 1980s living room. If you want to bring that nostalgia into your life, you might want to get your hands on one of these.
