Apple reportedly postpones new AI-powered device

As the trend of AI-powered devices seems to be waning, Apple is reportedly pulling back on one of its planned launches. Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reported that Cupertino has supposedly postponed plans to launch an AI pendant, which can be worn as a necklace or pinned on a jacket. The device was said to be conceptualized as an iPhone accessory, with an always-on camera for Siri AI. It would gather the visual data needed by the on-phone assistant. However, always-on cameras are a bit of a hard sell at the moment, so this rumoured postponement does not come as a surprise.
