White Apple iPhone 4 comes to Canada Tomorrow

All the people who have been waiting for the white iPhone 4 to make an appearance can now exhale, for real. The 16GB and 32GB versions of the white variant of the iPhone 4 is coming to Canada tomorrow and will be in Apple Retail stores as well as online. Some earlier leaks stated that the white iPhones were already showing up in Virgin Mobile and Telus stores so mobile carriers may have a limited stock of the much awaited frosted iPhone. Kobo closes $50 Million investment round, aims for global market

The eBook Reader segment is one of the fastest growing markets today. Toronto-based Kobo has closed a $50 Million investment round led by a leading institutional investor. The company plans on, among other things, a European expansion of its products and services. Existing investors also participated in the round; investing $13M. The Apple Beat: iPhone 4 is nearly top 'camera' used on Flickr

Nikon's D90 DSLR camera is an accomplished and enduring camera that takes stunning stills and can manage pretty awesome HD video. Its no surprise that it is the top camera used on photo sharing website Flickr despite being over three years old. Apple's iPhone 4 (which features a 5 megapixel camera) is slowly creeping up on the top spot and looks ready to dethrone the D90. Not bad for something that's not even a standalone camera but a feature, on a smartphone.

Review: Samsung SH100 WIFI enabled 14 Megapixel camera

After spending time with Samsung's SH100 WiFi-enabled 14 megapixel touchscreen based camera it has become apparent that this is where all consumer digital cameras are headed. WiFi connectivity and the ability to backup photos, send e-mail from directly from the camera as well as upload to online services like Picasa, YouTube and Facebook is a defining feature but the touch-screen based control interface is a mixed bag.
