'Disney SpellStruck' on Apple Arcade will debut a 'Stars Wars' update

The galaxy far, far away is coming to the crossword-style game Disney SpellStruck on Apple Arcade. According to Apple, the special Star Wars update is rolling out on February 19, with levels inspired by Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope. Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia Organa, Han Solo and Chewbacca will be playable characters in the game.

The crossover follows a similar event in Crayola Create and Play+ with Paddington, which Apple noted is ending on February 18.

Apple Arcade sets sail with 'Oceanhorn 3' this March 5

Apple Arcade gears up for a major expansion of its gaming catalogue on March 5. Headlining the update is the highly anticipated Oceanhorn 3: Legend of the Shadow Sea, the latest chapter in the action-RPG franchise. Set nearly a thousand years after its predecessor, the sequel invites both veterans and newcomers to navigate the treacherous Shadow Sea. Players will explore forgotten islands, engage in titan battles, and uncover the secrets of a world on the brink of a new era.

The title, which is exclusively launching on Apple's service, promises a premium, 3D experience featuring console-quality visuals and refined gameplay mechanics tailored for the entire Apple ecosystem, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro. Aside from the headliner, the service is also adding three more titles to its ad-free collection: the heartwarming life simulator Pocket Love!+, the brain-teaser Flow Free+, and the charming management sim Doraemon Dorayaki Shop Story+.
