Strategy legend 'Civilization VII ' joins Apple Arcade on Feb. 5

Source: Apple

The world-conquering strategy franchise is making a massive leap to mobile next month. On February 5, Apple Arcade will officially welcome Sid Meier’s Civilization VII Arcade Edition, allowing players to build empires across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV. This AAA experience introduces a new "evolution" mechanic, where civilizations evolve with each distinct age of history, allowing players to forge a unique cultural lineage. It joins a growing roster of heavy-hitting PC ports on the service, following the recent success of titles like PowerWash Simulator and Cult of the Lamb.

Beyond the grand strategy of Civilization, Apple is expanding its library with three additional titles that cater to retro fans and puzzle lovers alike. Retrocade brings the 80s back to life, offering classics like Galaga and Asteroids with a special immersive mode for Apple Vision Pro. For those seeking a more rhythmic or relaxing experience, the dream-themed rhythm game Felicity’s Door and the colour-sorting puzzle sequel I Love Hue Too+ will also debut on the same day.
