Apple introduced a new look to iOS 26 at this year's WWDC. The new Liquid Glass look is said to be inspired by the physicality we get with VisionOS. It introduces a new translucent, glass-like design.
Liquid Glass is expected to be more reactive to your gestures and taps, with some interfaces minimizing or expanding based on your reactions. The colours are also expected to react to the colours on your screen.

WhatsApp is rolling out new ad features internationally, so if you find yourself seeing more ads than usual, that's why. The Meta-owned platform assures that you will not see them in the same place as your private chats, and your messages will not be used to dictate what ads will be shown, as your messages are encrypted.
